  I usually don't review on franchises because food wise, its pretty much generic. So if i do, it's usually either really bad or really good in service, cleanliness and/or food is really off or dirty.
  
  Miguel was our server and he was awesome. Full of smiles, very patient and overall great service! He remembered everything i requested for (i usually get 1/2 soda water with my soda orders so its less sweet) Rarely does any server remember that. Miguel not only remembers but remembered for my refill too! He even brought over a to go box without me asking knowing i had 1/2 sandwich unfinished toward end of our meal. Very observant and a team player! He did everything! From helping in the kitchen to serving, to cashier.
  
  Food:
  For the ones who never came to this franchise, it's just a regular burger place. Very generic but has good shakes.
  
  I used to go to this franchise when it was super packed where servers would stand together in a line singing & dancing to customers and where you can put 5cents in their juke box at your table and it will play! Miss those days. Now, they just don't have enough customers to really do that or have the generations of individuals to appreciate the music in their juke box. Sad but at least i can be prous to say i got ti experience all that.

  THE BURGERS ARE HUGE. Comes with salad or fries. Bring your appetite. We came hungry, and neither of us finished our burgers. Service is friendly. I prefer this over Steak n Shake.

  After a bad experience managers Stephanie and Ryan was amazing they understood and was very true too their word and took care of the issue! I retracted my previous review! Can't say how much I appreciate the effort the management took to make things right! This boat was awesome and the food was amazing! Thank you for the excellent service and genuine, and honest and caring for your customers! Ryan you are indeed a great server and manager! Thank you

  So...first time here, I went for the black bean burger they have been advertising on their website and when I got there, it wasnt on the menu...I asked the guy about it and he said, oh its right here and showed me on the menu....Its supposed to be a Gardein Black Bean burger first of all and the menu says Boca Veggie Patty.  
  
  Black Bean burger is a lot different and I explained that I had seen it on the menu but no worries, I ordered a coke instead to go and he said sure, about 10 mins later he finally got me my coke and no straw, I said, well where can I grab a straw and looked around but didnt see any location, by then he was helping a table, I stood there and waited for a few mins and then I finally left.
  
  I wont be returning anytime soon....but I did get a good walk so theres that!

  My fiancé and I dropped in to grab a bite to eat and it was delicious. It's a Wednesday evening @5:45pm and I ordered a double Route 66 with loaded bacon and cheese fries and a cookies and cream shake to wash it all down. The service here was great. Prompt, courteous and professional. The food was served hot. My burger was juicy and flavorful and the fries are a must if you like creamy cheddar and bacon fries. The shake was out of this world. I'll be coming back here soon! I love Johnny Rockets
